Responsibilities include:
- Full-charge of company's books.
- Calculate and Post Monthly Journal Entries;
- Enter A/P;
- Prepare and Make Bank Deposits;
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Weekly Check Run.
- Reporting.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Financial Statements;
- Project Costing;
- Class by Class.
- Prepare for and Facilitate Year End Audit.
- Prepare Monthly Audit Boo.
- Purchasing Agent Duties.
- Place orders;
- Open new vendor accounts;
- Periodically meet with Vendor representatives;
- Put Purchase Orders through approval process.
- Prepare Equipment Lease Financing Schedules.
- Payroll.
- Administer payroll for 40+ employees.
Full-time employment (40 hours)
Minimum Requirements:
A BA/BS degree in accounting with one year's relevant work experience or other undergrad degree with three to five years relevant experience.
