Senior Accountant

Responsibilities include:

  • Full-charge of company's books.
  • Calculate and Post Monthly Journal Entries;
  • Enter A/P;
  • Prepare and Make Bank Deposits;
  • Reconcile Bank Statements
  • Weekly Check Run.

  • Reporting.
  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Financial Statements;
  • Project Costing;
  • Class by Class.

  • Prepare for and Facilitate Year End Audit.
  • Prepare Monthly Audit Boo.

  • Purchasing Agent Duties.
  • Place orders;
  • Open new vendor accounts;
  • Periodically meet with Vendor representatives;
  • Put Purchase Orders through approval process.

  • Prepare Equipment Lease Financing Schedules.

  • Payroll.
  • Administer payroll for 40+ employees.

Full-time employment (40 hours)

Minimum Requirements:

A BA/BS degree in accounting with one year's relevant work experience or other undergrad degree with three to five years relevant experience.

Start June 14, 2004

Reports to VP of Finance
