Project Manager

Xcyte Therapies, Inc., a Seattle-based biotechnology company, is developing and commercializing novel cell-based or cellular therapeutic products that harness the power of the immune system to treat cancer and many infectious diseases.

This individual will coordinate product development across all departments at the Company. The person will develop a comprehensive product development plan, with input from the relevant functional groups, including timelines and critical path assessment. The person will organize and facilitate one or more product development teams.

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in project management are required. Prior experience in management of product development at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company is mandatory. Familiarity with project management software and critical path analysis are required. Good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with senior management and facilitate conflict resolution are essential. Must be able to acquire and manage data from diverse sources. Experience with regulatory issues desirable.
