Responsibilities

The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for providing clinical operations training support including:

  • Assessment of training needs.
  • Program evaluation, design, and implementation.
  • Site management, monitoring, and project operational support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the biotechnical and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 1 year of monitoring experience required.
  • BS/BA/RN 4 year degree, CRA certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in a training function, including CRA and GCP/SOP training and clinical trials related training.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GCP guidelines and FDA regulations.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understand and apply basic technical principles, theories and concepts of clinical research.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software: word, email, excel.
  • Ability to remain flexible as projects and priorities change.
