Research Associate II, Clinical Immunology/Immune Monitoring

Dendreon Corporation is a publicly held biotechnology company developing therapeutic vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and small molecule candidates for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.

We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our immune monitoring team. You will be responsible for performing cellular assays examining the immunological efficacy of our therapeutic cancer vaccines in clinical trials. In addition, you will participate in the development of new methods for evaluating immunological efficacy. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail and thrive in a team environment. If you have experience working with basic immunological techniques such as ELISA, ELISPOT, flow cytometry and functional T-cell assays, we'd like to see your CV. A bachelor's degree in the biological sciences with 2+ years of related laboratory experience with strong mammalian tissue culture skills is required.
