Center for Advanced Technology in Education (CATE) -- The Center for Advanced Technology in Education (CATE) is an Oregon State System of Higher Education approved research and outreach center dedicated to investigating and promoting the use of advanced technology in education.

Curriculum-Based Measurement (CBM) -- CBM and its use in a Problem-Solving model provides functional and ecologically valid assessments of basic skills that can be used to improve and evaluate instructional programs for students with and without disabilities.

Division for Research (DR) of the Council for Exceptional Children -- The Division for Research (DR) of the Council for Exceptional Children promotes research and the utilization of knowledge to enhance the education of exceptional children and youth, from birth into adulthood.
