GMP Training Manager

We are seeking a GMP Training Manager to manage the corporate cGMP Training Program and staff.

Description:

  • Manage program and activities related to the corporate cGMP training program which supports general cGMP training, functional on the job training, and training in support of our upcoming pre-licensing inspection.
  • Provide leadership for the cGMP Training program as well as staff supervision.
  • Assist in the development of training modules and materials and provide expert cGMP training to quality and operations staff.
  • Manage cGMP training schedule for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with experience working in a commercial biopharmaceutical environment.
  • A minimum combination of 10 years working in a Quality/Compliance, Training, Operations, or Regulatory organization is required.
  • A thorough knowledge of cGMP and applicable FDA regulations is required.
  • Direct experience interacting with Regulatory Authorities preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented team player with excellent written & oral communication skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a clean room environment.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Travel up to 25% is required.
