Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Successful product and test design, as well as development and execution of project and product development plans for the Company’s class III medical device.
  • Establish project plans based on input from multiple internal and external sources, including working with engineering, executive and cross-functional management professionals to plan and strategize product development milestones.
  • Manage project teams, while dynamically managing timelines, scope/deliverables, and budgets.
  • Interaction with executive management and board to provide project status, product design status, and resource management updates.
  • Ensure product development deliverables meet strategic goals that are in compliance with ISO-9001, FDA and other requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a minimum of a BS degree in engineering and a minimum of ten years of experience leading development efforts in the medical device industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Strong technical, communication and presentation skills are a must.
