Position Summary:

Build and supervise a team to develop and maintain the systems and procedures around the financial activities of the company.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Financial and regulatory reporting (GAAP & tax).
• Maintain relations with audit & tax service providers.
• Annual budget coordination, including tools and reports for bottom up preparation (work with CEO, HR, CFO and VP's).
• Develop system for reporting budget vs. actual status for company's divisions and programs.
• Work with key management in developing key financial statistics for pertinent business cash flow, projection based on budget, evaluation in conjunction with business plans.
• Payroll; supervise processing and reporting.
• Work with legal regarding risk management.
• Work with CFO in developing process for pre-IPO and post IPO reporting.
• Support for investor relations, including SEC reporting requirements.
• Maintain relevant business systems in conjunction with IS -- identify needs for others (i.e. payroll, banking, etc).
• Maintain system for tracking and maintenance of corporate assets with Quality and IS.
• Assist in development, drafting, training and enforcement of Corporate policies and procedures with QA, IS, HR, Office Management and Purchasing.
• Build and manage finance team. Recruit, train, develop, motivate and perform performance evaluations of finance staff.

Future Projects:

• Assist in subsidiary division as companies fund.
• Build billing and AR in conjunction with reimbursement.
• Assist purchasing with eCommerce procurement systems.
• Transition financial information and systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• 4 year Business Degree.
• Increasing levels of supervisory and responsibility experience in fast pace, high growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• System implementation and maintenance experience in Great Plains and FRX.
